In the 'Send Survey Invitations to Sales Reps' action, we can’t find the survey selected as 'customer_saisfaction'.
Please check the api name/label to ensure that there is no typo. Secondly, ensure that the survey's version is correct and active.
If all found correct, you may try it in a new org, fresh. Sometimes, this is easier than troubleshooting what was missed/done incorrectly.
