pardotのフォームをからZoomに登録させる方法でのエラーについては以下のように全くできないような質問は見つけることができるのですが、機能していて一部のユーザだけが登録できない内容は見つかりませんね。

とは言うものの、pardotのフォームからの登録は一般的でないのか（ZoomはZoomのランディングページを使って欲しいのかも）、何故か解決した投稿も見つかりませんでした。

フォームハンドラー、iframeを使って実装するようですが、難しいのかもしれないです。
