In the Shelley Major lead, we can’t find the 'New - Not Contacted' stage marked as complete

• Question re: Get Reps Working Efficiently in Workspaces

I just figured out what it is.... their is a typo on the challenge. It asks for "New - Not Contacted" to be completed. But when I did that. It said that was wrong. So I went to the next stage "Open - Not Contacted" and said that was complete, just to try it. Then the challenge was accepted and done. So there is a typo in the challenge.

やっと分かりました…チャレンジに誤字がありました。「新規 - 未連絡」を完了するように指示されているのですが、実際に完了してみると「間違っている」と表示されました。そこで、試しに次のステージ「開封済み - 未連絡」に進み、完了と入力してみました。するとチャレンジは承認され、完了しました。つまり、チャレンジに誤字があるということですね。

Confirm that the missing Actions are due to record type association

1. Access Global Actions:

In Lightning Experience

1. Click on the gear icon located on the upper right corner.
2. Click on Setup.
3. On the left panel, click on User Interface.
4. Click on Global Actions.
5. Check the record type being used by the action missing by clicking on Edit before the action label.
