興味深いのは削除対象となる項目のFLSを一旦全て取り除いてみて、影響を見てみるのがいいらしいということです。確かに本当に消してしまうと項目の中身を戻すのは厄介ですので、消す作業をする前にアクセス権を除いてみることは有効でしょう。問題があればアクセス権を戻せばいいですので...
