Our trailbots are having a problem accessing your hands-on org." any ideas? the articles don't address this.

Has your playground expired?

If so, I would suggest trying a new playground or dev org.

期限切れを回避する方法が回答されている。

You can resolve this issue by creating any of the sObject record. Just go to account or contact object and create 1 record. When you create a record it will be marked as an activity other than login activity.

Meanwhile I found the cause.

It seems that there were a few orgs linked to this Trailhead Challenge.

The one that was attempted to be launched was expired.

After spinning up a new org, it worked.

My product suggestion would be to include this in the error message that is displayed to the user.
