RatingでなくProspect Rating
You see the field with Label = 'Prospect Rating'. The API Name of this field is Rating mentioned in the 2nd column. This is the one which has to be used.

The label is different for you because it might have been updated. You can go to "Rename Tabs and Labels" under setup and see the Account object. There you will see a list of account fields. You can confirm that the label of the Rating field has been updated there.
ラベルが更新されている可能性があるため、ラベルが異なります。セットアップの「タブとラベルの名前を変更」に移動すると、Account オブジェクトが表示されます。そこにアカウントフィールドのリストが表示されます。評価フィールドのラベルが更新されていることが確認できます。

Now go to Profiles
- Setup --> Profiles --> Sales profile --> Object Settings ( under App section ) --> Select Object ( Account ) --> Edit --> Scroll down to Field Permissions
Now you can modify the 'Account' object in the Rating field to change it to 'no access'.

Setup-->Object Manager --> Choose (Account)-->Fields-->Edit(Prospect Rating) and uncheck required.
と回答したけどなぁ。必須のチェックが無かったとは信じられない。
I couldn't find the required deactivation checkbox, but I managed and just used Rating: "Not know" and it worked. I passed the exercise.

In the Rating permission set, we can't find the correct permissions for the Rating field on the Account object.
Instructions: First go to the permission set under the users section in the quick find. Next, locate the API label you made. Rating should've been the name of the API name you made. After you did that, click on the RATING under where it says permission set label. Click on object settings after you clicked on the rating permission set label. Click on accounts under the object name. You should be able to see the edit button after you clicked on the accounts object name. Final step is to make sure READ, CREATE, EDIT are checked the orange box under enabled. Also make sure read access and edit access are checked with orange box too on the RATING under field name. I hope this helps.

In Quick Find type and select Permission sets
R then click Rating
Under Apps go to Object Settings>Accounts>Edit
Under Field Permissions-Rating-check the boxes for Read Access and Edit Access
