わざと有効化してなかったら、エラーだな。
気になったので最後にもう一度試したら、今回はうまく機能してますね。
エージェントを無効化して、さらに入力を逆にしたけど機能してますね。何だったのか？
よくわからないけど、取引先責任者のIdが取得できてない？Guest_Experience_Compensationはプロンプトだけど何が違うんだろうな。
失敗する時はGet Customer Details (Get_Customer_Details)が呼ばれているな。
機能するときは、Get Customer Detailsは使われてない。不思議です。

Mine says it's not active though it is. There's also a serious typo in that it says to add merge fields for Contact twice when the second one is for the check in date.
私の場合はアクティブではないと表示されますが、実際にはアクティブです。また、連絡先の差し込みフィールドを2つ追加するように指示されているのに、2つ目はチェックイン日用という重大な誤植があります。
何度か確認したところ、プロンプトのテーブルにアクティブとしてリストされていることも確認しました。
マージフィールドに、連絡先を 2 回変更するようにというタイプミスがありますが、これはエラーではありません。
すべて正しく表示されているようです。プロンプトを削除して再構築しました。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、新しい組織を構築します。演習でタイプミスがあったのは不注意でしたが、回避できました。
Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome がない
In this module,“Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome” isn’t provisioned as a prebuilt Prompt Builder template — it’s a template you create yourself in Unit 1 (Craft an Effective Prompt Template ). After creating it, activate it and refresh, otherwise it may not appear later in Reference Action picklists. Also confirm your user has Prompt Template Manager assigned so you can create/manage templates. The correct org is the special DE org from the unit’s signup link
, then connect that org to Trailhead.
