I resolved this issue by creating a new Playground and redoing the module.

- In your Trailhead Playground, install the AppExchange Dashboard Pack for Sales, Marketing and Service.
- Clone the 1-Account, Contact & Opportunity Data Quality dashboard and name it My Account and Contact Dashboard.
Add a dashboard filter on the Billing City field so that the dashboard only shows info about Accounts in London. - Save and refresh the dashboard.

In My Account and Contact Dashboard, we can't find a filter where the 'Billing City' is 'San Francisco'.

I tried a new playground after having done so many, many times, and on the first attempt after you replied, it worked! One thing that I did do different with the latest playground was install the package through the Lightning page versus the App Exchange.

Yes I had installed the package and I could find the 1-Account, Contact & Opportunity Data Quality too however as I mentioned I could not find My Account and Account dashboard from the searched 1-Account, Contact & Opportunity Data Quality
I accidentally removed this dashboard too which I downloaded by installing a package so I am not sure how do I uninstall it to be able to install it again
