• 一致ルールの条件に参照関係を含めている場合、取引先名で判断されるのでしょうか？取引先IDで判断する方法があればご教示いただきたいです。

以下の回避策が使えるかもしれません。買取受付のオブジェクトに親の個人取引先のIDをセットします。この回答ではフローで値をセットしています。（数式項目では一致ルールとして選択できないからかな）

I got around this by making a custom field and populating the recordtypeid with a triggered-flow (quick update flow), which is same/similar to a before apex trigger.
