Record Type Inquiry is assigned to the support process 'Inquiry Process'.

Please make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org

レコードタイプを作ってない？

Solved. Somehow I skipped point add inquiry process in to support process area and thats why it wasn't available to select in record type section.
