FYI for anyone else who has this problem- I noticed that when I copy/pasted the "Hi support people" message into Trailhead it added extra spaces I didn't notice at first. Removing them fixed this for me.

この問題を抱えている他の人のために参考までに - 「サポート担当者様」メッセージをコピーして Trailhead に貼り付けると、最初は気づかなかった余分なスペースが追加されていることに気付きました。それらを削除すると、これが修正されました。

I think you forgot to add this in all support group:

1. Post a welcome message to the All Support group. In the "Share an update..." section, post the following message: Welcome to the All Support group, which replaces the All Support email list.
2. Click Share.

すべてのサポートグループにこれを追加するのを忘れたと思います:

1. All Support グループにウェルカム メッセージを投稿します。 [アップデートを共有...] セクションに、次のメッセージを投稿します。All Support メール リストに代わる All Support グループへようこそ。
2. 「共有」をクリックします。
