As per your instructions I went to

Users-->Mary Hollywood --> and Reset Password manually. I received a link to rest password on my mail. After that I those 3 checkboxes are appeared successfully.

UPDATE RECORDS: Update Contact with Individual
Find all Contact records where:
Id Equals {!UserInfo.ContactId} (0033t00004Ae5H7AAJ)
Update the records’ field values.
IndividualId = {!individualId} (0PK3t000000Cvz8GAC)
Result
Failed to update records that meet the filter criteria.
Error Occurred: The flow tried to update these records: null. This error occurred: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: entity type cannot be updated: Contact. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide.

I actually solved the issue -- the problem was OWD settings for Contact object.
It is now working as should and I was able to pass the challenge
