I think you are creating another project in another project's folder.
I think it was an error because the folder hierarchy is deep.
Try changing the location of the folder.
別のプロジェクトのフォルダーに別のプロジェクトを作成していると思います。
フォルダ階層が深いのでエラーだったと思います。
フォルダの場所を変更してみてください。

下記のエラーが出た時、一つの原因はプロジェクト作成する時選択のフォルダが長すぎまた別のプロジェクトの中にフォルダ作成した。
