選択したファイルの場合はどこから利用できるんだろうか？

「選択したファイルの場合」をトリガーにしてフローを作ったのですが...

さて、この腐っているシステムですがどこから起動できるんだろうか？
SharePoint Online のファイルを指定して右クリックしても、リストの時みたいにフローが出てこないですね。

本当にみんな使いこなしている？　何かやるたびに確実に動きません。　本当、できたら使いたくないわ。
