データローダで日時型のフィールドを使う時の注意。
言語は英語ですが、時間は日本時間にしています。
ZをつけるとGMT( UTC )になります。そのため環境が日本時間なので+9の表示になります。
何もつけない時もどうもZと同じ扱いですね。
+09:00とすると、日本時間で追加されるようです。 そのため正しく 00:00:00ということで 12:00 AMになっています。
-09:00:00 とすると本来は9:00なりますが、日本時間になっているので、更に +9時間で 18:00になっています。
