I have raised a complaint regarding the issue, and it turns out the problem is on Salesforce's end. Their team has identified the bug, reported it to the concerned department, and assured me they will provide an update as soon as it is resolved.

Superbadge: Advanced Flow for Agentforce

I've just talked with Salesforce support and it seems this superbadge has an error, so they retired the badge for now.

It should be up and running again once they fix the bug. No expectation on when this will occur, though...
