• It says that my agentforce is not activated but it is really the case and all the tests are working.

I had this issue, one of 2 things worked for me:

• Turn off Einstein under Einstein Setup, refresh and toggle back on
• I hadn't toggled 'Enable the Agentforce (default) Agent, on the Agents page
  Not sure which worked, but after I did that it passed me.

I hadn't toggled 'Enable the Agentforce (default) Agent, on the Agents page

• I just finished "Quick Start: Build a Service Agent with Agentforce - Create a service agent to assist with recommendations and bookings". But when I hit "Connect Playground" at the bottom of the page, it just reset everything. And now I'm back to where I started. I built the Coral Cloud website, played with my agent and everything that was asked. How do I get credit for my work?
