In the Create Campaign element, we can’t find a field value that sets ‘Name’ to ‘Child of {!campName}’.

Try setting as below

If you have an older version of the flow, try deleting it.

On the 'Child Campaign' custom button, we can’t find the URL for the Create Child Campaign flow.
