The value of the "id" parameter contains a character that is not allowed or the value exceeds the maximum allowed length. Remove the character from the parameter value or reduce the value length and resubmit. If the error still persists, report it to our Customer Support team. Provide the URL of the page you were requesting as well as any other related information.
As per today`s reply from SF tech, They fixed the issue. I did not observe any issues since today.

そうは思いません。Salesforce 画像フィールドを Quip 文書に直接挿入することはできません。 Quip は現在、Salesforce 画像フィールドからのデータの表示をサポートしていません。
ただし、考慮できる回避策がいくつかあります。
画像を手動で挿入する: Salesforce 商談レコードから画像をダウンロードし、Quip ドキュメントにアップロードします。
数式項目を使用する (回避策): 画像 URL が商談のテキスト項目に保存されている場合は、画像をアイコンとして表示する数式項目を Salesforce に作成できます。その後、Quip 文書で数式フィールドに言及できますが、これでは画像を表すアイコンのみが表示され、画像そのものは表示されません。
