EinsteinServiceAgent Useがない？

found the issue - the agent name needs to be "EinsteinServiceAgent User" (you are missing User) - the message is misleading as giving error on company - "Make sure you have updated the EinsteinServiceAgent User

問題が見つかりました。エージェント名は「EinsteinServiceAgent User」である必要があります（ User がありません）。メッセージは会社にエラーが発生していると誤解を招きます。「 EinsteinServiceAgent Userが更新されていることを確認してください。

会社名をCoral Cloud Resortsに変更します。

エージェントユーザーセレクターで、「新規エージェントユーザー」を削除し、「EinsteinServiceAgentユーザー」を選択します。
注: EinsteinServiceAgentユーザーは手動で入力するのではなく、必ず選択してください。EinsteinServiceAgentユーザーが選択できない場合は、前の「ユーザープロファイルの更新」セクションの手順に戻ってください。
