Account.Solution_Consultant__r.Name ではスペルミスというエラーが出て
Account.Solution_Consultant__c ではIdがきちんと表示される
この場合は参照しているオブジェクトがuserみたいです。
そのため、Nameでなくて
Account.Solution_Consultant_r.FirstName +" "+ Account.Solution_Consultant_r.LastName
を使うといいとのこと。
