We can't find the expected UI behavior and field visibility updates in the 'Enhanced Case Layout' record page.

You Have to make sure after entering record page label and choosing an Object in the next page you are choosing the CLONE SALESFORCE DEFAULT PAGE

when choosing template.

Secondly you will have to chose Dynamic Actions Upgrade in the Record Details section.

Then don't forget to Set Component Visibility to "Additional Information" field.

I actually figured out the problem. I accidentally set the "Web Information" section to display when priority = high instead of the "Additional Information" section. I guess since both sections had "Information" in the title I made a little slip. Got it validated now.

実は問題が分かりました。誤って「追加情報」セクションではなく、「Web 情報」セクションを優先度 = 高の場合に表示するように設定してしまいました。両方のセクションのタイトルに「情報」が含まれていたため、少し失言したと思います。これで認証されました。

多いんですよね、ベストアンサー付けて即質問を消す人。数えては無いですが毎月10件以上はやられます。
まぁ、自分だけがよければそれでいいという人が多いんでしょうね。

Figured it out: I had to highlight the Details section and then upgrade.

I was stuck in this error for more than 1 day. I had tried to create a new playground, change configuration, create more than one lightning record page and nothing was working.

My last attempt (with success) was:

  1. create a new lightning record page, selecting more than one time the option "CLONE SALESFORCE DEFAULT PAGE".

  2. Delete the "record detail" section from the cloned lightning page AND add the record detail component back in the page using drag and drop.

  3. Once you've changed the "Record detail" section to dynamic forms, delete all sections and fields not required in the challenge.

  4. Apply the filter in the 'Additional Information' section.

We can't find the Lightning Record Page 'Enhanced Case Layout' (API Name: Enhanced_Case_Layout).

別件みたい

The 'Enhanced Case Layout' record page was not cloned from the Salesforce Default Page with 'Case Grouped View Default' template.

I did it several times and launched 2 new playground finally completed hands-on challenge. I believe I didn't get pass at first maybe at the last step when set as org default, at first several rounds I got error because I only choose desktop while from the video it choose both (Desktop and Phone).

From Setup, type "record page settings" into the quick find box. Then select "Grouped View". Immediately below this is a grey box with a link to "Create a new lightning page wizard". This opens a pop up box where you can select "Record Page", name the page and select the applicable object, "Case".

my error indeed was when creating the record page you can choose a template or .... clone from a default .... i overlooked the default page tab ...duh

There are more than one trip hazards on this, and not trip hazards that taught me much. Just learned to find walkthrough videos to avoid them in future. (If a client had asked me to accomplish this task, I would have been fine... but it fails if you don't proceed EXACTLY the way they want. Watch the vid.

機能しない

It shows on Chrome (Mac). That was Edge.

Although it is displayed as Case Grouped View Default' template.There is no template for Case Grouped View Default on my page.

I think if there is no any record pages existed of case object, you can create a new case record page first then clone and save as "Enhanced Case Layout" record page.

The creation procedure is as follows.

  1. Open the any case record from the case object
  2. Click the setup once then you see Edit page, then select 'Edit page'
  3. Save and activate the record page
  4. Close the page and go to the 'Lightning App Builder' from the setup section, Now you can see created case record page then clone it and save as 'Enhanced Case Layout'
  5. Click on Record detail page then you should Upgrade and set component visibility.

ケースオブジェクトのレコードページが存在しない場合は、最初に新しいケースレコードページを作成してからクローンを作成し、「拡張ケースレイアウト」レコードページとして保存できると思います。

作成手順は以下の通りです。

  1. ケースオブジェクトから任意のケースレコードを開きます
  2. セットアップを 1 回クリックすると、[編集] ページが表示され、[ページの編集] を選択します。
  3. 記録ページを保存してアクティブ化します
  4. ページを閉じて、設定セクションから「Lightning アプリケーションビルダー」に移動します。作成されたケースレコードページが表示され、それを複製して「拡張ケースレイアウト」として保存します。
  5. [レコードの詳細] ページをクリックし、アップグレードしてコンポーネントの可視性を設定する必要があります。

I want to help since I did this last night.

This is what I did:

  • Setup -> home -> quick find -> lightning app builder
  • New - > record page -> Label : Enhanced Case Layout -> Object : Case
  • click on the details -> click on the upgrade now (there should be a grey window)
  • scroll down to Additional Information -> Set component visibility -> add filter
  • Filter type : record field -> field: Priority -> Operator : Equal -> Value : High
  • activation: org default -> assign as org default -> phone and desktop -> next and save
