Eclipseでビルドできない！？と思いましたが
build-toolsのフォルダ直下に今まであったaaptがなくなっていたためでした。
実際の場所は/bin/aaptでした。
なので
$ cd ../sdk/build-tools/23.0.0_rc1/
$ ln -s bin/aapt
とシンボリックリンクを組んであげればおっけーでした。
More than 5 years have passed since last update.
Android MのSDKいれたらError executing aapt. please check aapt is present at ../sdk/build-tools/23.0.0_rc1/aaptとか言われた。
