新しいアプリを作成する際のrails ○○○○ new で困ったので解決法を共有します。
rails ○.○.○.○ new app名 ○.○.○.○ はrails -vした際のバージョンと同じにする必要があります。
私の場合ですと、rails -vをするとRails 6.0.2.1というバージョンが出てくるので、
rails _6.0.2.1_ new app名
としてあげると新しいアプリとファイルが作成されます。
