1.インタラクティブフィルターを作成する

[Homepage Admin] > [Interactive Filters]

2.Breakdown Sourceを作成する

[Performance Analytics] > [Sources] > [Breakdown Sources]

3.ダッシュボードに配置する

ダッシュボードプロパティを開き、Breakdown Sourceタブから設定を追加する
※Act as filterを設定するには、虫眼鏡🔍の列の！マークからOpen Recordを選択で展開したフォームから設定する

4.確認

  • ダッシュボード

  • Incidentチケットにダッシュボードへのリンクを設置し、遷移する
    ※チケットのステータスを引き渡してインタラクティブフィルターに設定する
