注文詳細API(http://developer.yahoo.co.jp/webapi/shopping/orderInfo.html)で
取得する閲覧済みフラグ[IsSeen]について、常にTrueが返ってくるようです。
テスト環境にて注文を登録した直後にAPIで取得を行いましたが、
Trueが返ってきました。
こちらのフラグについて、Falseが返ってくるのは
どのような状況でしょうか？
