QuestへのビルドがUnity2019.1.4f1で通らなかったお話（解決）

何てことないことでしたが、調べた限り同様のこと書いてる人見当たらないand困ってる人見かけたのでメモ。

現象

Unityのコンソール上では、

Build completed with a result of 'Succeeded'

というログが出るのに、
Questで該当アプリを開いてもホーム画面に戻される。

やったこと　

OtherSettings のGraphicsAPI をVulkan から、AutoGraphicsAPIに変える。
