３ステップくらい必要な操作って忘れやすいよね。
bash script化するよりqiitaに投稿してメモる方が楽な気がして書いてみた。
1. xwininfoでアプリケーションのウィンドウをクリック → window id取得
2. xprop -id [window id] _NET_WM_PID → pidを取得
3. kill -9 [pid] → kill 完了
