環境：windows10

Anacondaのcmdで

①PyQt5のインストール
pip install PyQT5

②lxmlのインストール
pip install lxml

③labelImgのインストール
git clone https://github.com/tzutalin/labelImg.git
cd labelImg
pyrcc5 -o libs/resources.py resources.qrc
python labelImg.py
