はじめに
過去の記事でランダムフォレストを使って疾患分類をしたが、そのアップデート版。
今回は、データの標準化およびLiner Discriminant Analysis(LDA)を追加した。
また、結果のまとめがみれるようにClassification ReportとConfusion Matrixが出力されるようにした。
