pipでインストールしたコマンドをUbuntuで使えるようにする

現象

Ubuntuのaptで入れたpipでpyinstallerをインストールし、実行しようとしたところ何故かうまく行ってなかった
というかpipで入れたコマンド全般が動いてない様子

$ pip install pyinstaller
〜中略〜
$ pyinstaller
pyintaller: command not found

原因と対処法

どうやらパスが通ってなかったらしい
というわけでパスを通せば解決する。

$ PATH=${PATH}:${HOME}/.local/bin
