とあるイベントで使用するアプリの申請を行った際に「Guideline 1.4.1 - Safety - Physical Harm」を理由にリジェクトされた。

All apps with medical and health information should include links to sources for the information. This helps ensure that App Store users are being provided accurate information.

COVID-19 関連の情報が含まれているのに情報ソースが示されていないことでリジェクトされていた。
アプリ内では、イベントに参加する際の注意事項としてマスク着用等を呼びかけていた。そのソースが示されていないことで引っかかっていると考えられる。
対応
厚生労働省のコロナウイルス感染予防のサイトに飛ぶボタンを、注意喚起の View に配置することで審査が通った。
