公式サイトからダウンロード。
http://www-jp.mysql.com/products/workbench/
インストール完了して起動すると、以下のような画面がでます。
このとき、左下の方にある > みたいなボタンを押します。
(左上のlocal instance〜ではないので注意してください）
その後、Create EER Model From Databaeを選択。
これでER図が出力されます。
