MacOSをCatalinaにしたとき、デフォルトのメールクライアントのCPU使用率が異常に高い問題とその解決策

問題

MacOSをCatalinaにアップデートしてから、メールクライアントのCPU使用率が異常に高くなった(常時200%とか)

解決策

メールクライアントのツールバーから、 メールボックス > 再構築 を選択
これをすることで、メールを再受信してるっぽい？完了するまでコーヒーでも飲む

解決後

メールクライアントのCPU使用率は多くて数％で安定した

ググってもそれっぽい情報がなかったので、だれかの参考になれば！
