リモートリポジトリにあるブランチは削除されたのに、ローカルにはリモートリポジトリのブランチがある状態。
ブランチを確認
git remote prune --dry-run origin
削除しても問題なければ以下を実行すると、リモートのリポジトリのブランチとローカルのリモートリポジトリのブランチが同期する
git remote prune origin
