Anacondaのtensorflow_datasets古いので使えるデータセットの種類がすくない。
なのでpipでインストールするべき。
tensorflowのバージョンが < 2.1のときは
pip install tensorflow-datasets==3.2.1
が最新。
tensorflow >= 2.1のときはバージョン4以降が使える。
