だいたい機械学習で使う、データってCSVファイルなのですが
オープンデータやファイナンス系のデータってSJISなんですよね。。
AzureMLなら対応しているに違いない！と思ってアップロードしてみましたが
おもいっきり文字化けしていました。。。
・・なので必ずutf8にして上げましょう。
nkf -Lu hogehoge.csv > hogehoge_utf8.csv
