letコマンドで設定する
行頭にタブを追加し、次の行の先頭に移動するマクロ
:let @a="\<Esc>0i\t\<Esc>+"
ちなみに、vim実行時にマクロを登録したい場合は、下記でレジスタa~zにマクロが登録される。

レジスタの内容を確認したい場合は
:reg a
