以下コマンドでgodocをインストールしようとしたら
go get golang.org/x/tools/cmd/godoc
operation not permittedが表示され、インストールできない。。。
stackoverflowに似た現象に遭遇した人が。
以下手順で解決した。
brew install go
mkdir Go
cd Go && mkdir bin pkg src
