android エミュレータが起動しない原因はdockerだった

android stadio でandroidエミュレータが起動中に停止するので、コンソールから以下の様なエラーが出てました。

emulator: ERROR: Unfortunately, there's an incompatibility between HAXM hypervisor and VirtualBox 4.3.30+ which doesn't allow multiple hypervisors to co-exist.  It is being actively worked on; you can find out more about the issue at http://b.android.com/197915 (Android) and https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/14294 (VirtualBox)

virtualboxなんて起動してないけどなあ……と思ったら

dockerがいました……。

停止すると起動した。

AndroidエミュレータとVirtualBox、Docker for Macを同時に実行できない問題の対処法で、

Intel® Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager(Intel® HAXM)の6.1.1で修正されたようです。こちらから6.1.1を落としてインストールすることで解決します！

Android Studioでもそのうち配布されるようになると思いますよー。
(2017/03/16時点では6.0.5が配布されていますね)

と言うことでした。これで同時に実行できる様になるようです。
