いつの間にかPhpStormからGitHubのPullRequestが見れなくなった時の対処[Could not connect to repository]

エラー内容

以下のようなエラーがPHPStormに表示されました
PhpStorm:　2023.1.5

Could not connect to repository github.com/YOUR_ORG/YOUR_REPO with account github.com/YOUR_USER_NAME Request response: Access to this site has been restricted. If you believe this is an error, please contact https://support.github.com.

対処方法

PhpStormをバージョンアップする

GitHubの仕様が変わったため、PhpStormのバージョンを上げる必要がありました。
