Windows/wsl環境のRancher Desktopでdaemon.jsonの設定を効かせる方法をメモ的に残しておきます。
⇒max-concurrent-downloadsの設定を入れようとして試行錯誤した結果です。

結論

\\wsl.localhost\rancher-desktop\etc\docker\daemon.json
に置いてRancher Desktopを再起動する。

本題ではないですが設定ファイルの中身も載せときます。
