Capistrano のデプロイで git clone に失敗したときに確認すること

$ cap production deploy:check を実行するとこんなエラーが発生しました。

Error reading response length from authentication socket.
Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

原因は set :repo_url で SSH の URL をしていたことだったようで、
以下のように HTTPS の URL に変更することでエラーしなくなりました。

set :repo_url, 'https://github.com/akisute3/repo.git'
