①Atomを開きます

②[File]＞[Settings]を押下します

③Settingsタブが開かれます
④Settingsタブの「+Install」を選択します

⑤入力欄に「Japanese-menu」と入力します
⑥[Install]を押下します

⑦日本語化ができました！
