非公開に変更したいレポジトリにいき
[Settings]タブの中の[Options]を選択し
一番下までスライド
Danger ZoneのChange visibilityをクリックし
Make privateを選択し、最後に確認のレポジトリの名前を入力して完了
過去にqiitaで上がっていた非公開に変更する方法と変わっていたので、投稿しました
