使い慣れないglobalコマンドでちょっとハマったので後のためにメモ．
normalモードのコマンドは本当に「そのまま」入力すればよかった．
- インクリメント
:g/^/ normal 24^A # 正解 <C-a>をタイプする
:g/^/ normal 24<C-a> # 間違い
- スペースを検索
:g/^/ normal f ^A # スペースまで移動してインクリメント
