AlienwareでSCPを正常に使う方法

Alienwareを機械学習や3DCGソフトの用途で利用している方もいらっしゃると思いますが
SCPやGoogleリモートデスクトップが正常に使えずはまったのでメモしておきます。

Killer Control Centerの設定画面で【Advanced Stream Detect】をオフにする

サポートに相談したところ、上記で解決しました。
ついでにKiller Network Serviceも不要そうなのでmsconfigで切っておいた。
