こんなエラーが出るとき
$ ssh -i key.pem ec2-user@ip-address
Connection closed by ip-address port 22
原因は単純で，デフォルトのユーザー名がec2-userじゃなくてubuntu.
なので，
$ ssh -i key.pem ubuntu@ip-address
でつながる．
