Visual Studio 2012 をインストールして、そのヘルプビューアが思ったより使いやすかったので、単独で起動するようにショートカットを作ってみた。
引数なしで起動しようとすると、/?で引数見ろよ！と怒られるのだけど、非常にわかりにくい。
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Help Viewer\v2.0\HlpViewer.exe" /catalogName VisualStudio11 /locale ja-JP
