docker loginや docker pushで 「:too many redirects 」のエラーが出た時の解決法

FATA[0020] Error response from daemon: Server Error: Post https://index.docker.io/v1/users/: dial tcp: lookup index.docker.io on 10.0.2.3:53: too many redirects

docker-machine上の名前解決がないので、
docker-machine ssh
echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" > /etc/resolv.conf

Stack Overflow読んで再起動（docker-machine restart）しても
うまくいかなかったので、記事を書きました。
